The Pukaingataru B18 Trust is established by Trust Order dated 21 March 1988 under S438 of the Maori Affairs Act. It continues today as an Ahu Whenua Trust under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993.
The trust’s assets comprise: -
the original B18 block of 19.8170ha situated on Maketu Road, on which the trusts kiwifruit activities are located. The kiwifruit operation, comprises 12 canopy hectares of green and 3 canopy hectares of gold.
